Screen printers need 24 pieces because a screen has to be burned for every colour. We print on demand, so one shirt is a real order without a small-order surcharge. Larger orders can qualify for lower per-piece volume pricing.
No setup or screen fees
Small Crew does not add a separate screen or setup charge. The listed price is the price per piece.
Free digital proof
We prepare a proof after checkout. Nothing goes to production until you approve it in writing.

Screen printing minimums exist because a screen has to be burned for every colour in your design. That cost is fixed, so shops spread it across a big order. Print-on-demand has no screen, so there is nothing to spread. The trade-off is honest: we are not the fastest, we are the one that will take a one-piece order.
